Christmas in the Fort 2023

Join us Friday, November 24th, 2023 for the infamous kick off to the holiday season “Christmas in the Fort”! It’s a family friendly FREE event! Friday’s events include special appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot apple cider, holiday music and more! Take the short winter wonderland path to visit our neighbors next door, the Legacy of the Lakes Museum, and bask in awe of their Parade of Trees! (Proceeds support a local non profit each year! This year we’re supporting the Alzheimer’s Network. Sign up for the parade of trees here.)

The event ends with the flip of a switch, lighting up Historic Downtown Alexandria! Followed by a parade!
