Clara Kinkead: A Minnesota Story
Through letters and journal entries, journey back to the 1860s with new wife and new mother, Clara Kinkead as she travels from Delaware to Alexandria to join her new husband, Robert Kinkead (brother to William and Alexander). Listen to the nineteen year olds’ experiences and learn about her troubles and
her bravery as she faced difficult and dangerous situations. The Runestone Museum will guide you through the life experiences of Clara Kinkead, who lived in Alexandria from 1860 – 1862.
