We’ve all had a crazy year and there’s no better way to work off some stress than a little exercise that also benefits museum educational programming.
Whether you run on the Central Lakes Trail, walk around Carlos State Park, stay warm indoors on a treadmill or just want a cool new T-shirt—we’d love your participation in this virtual 5K (3.1 mile) event!
The Runestone Museum Foundation’s mission is to “Inform our future by preserving our past while inspiring curiosity about regional history and heritage through community engagement and education.”
Beginning on October 22nd, we will begin our virtual 5K walk/run and you will have until Sunday, October 26 to complete it. You get to choose your own route and can even break it down into smaller segments over the weekend if you’d like.
